Cb major has 7 ♭ (Bb, Eb, Ab, Db, Gb, Cb, Fb) in its key signature.

The Cb major scale is: Cb Db Eb Fb Gb Ab Bb Cb.

The diatonic chords are Cb (I), Dbm (ii), Ebm (iii), Fb (IV), Gb (V), Abm (vi) and Bbdim (vii°). The main functions are Cb (tonic), Fb (subdominant) and Gb (dominant).

The relative minor is Ab minor. In the circle of fifths, Gb major (a fifth higher) sits right next to Cb major.

Cb major has seven flats and is enharmonically equivalent to B major, which has only five sharps. In practice B major is almost always preferred. You will mostly meet Cb major in theory, when going through all the keys of the circle of fifths.
